You'll find this loser wandering around somewhere in the fourth level. Talk to him and he will tell you to leave him alone and don't kill him and he will give you something. Ok, keep exploring the level, come back and he will tell you that he's making something powerful for you and even gives you something as proof that he will keep his word. Usually is a piece of crap, but sometimes is something good. Keep exploring and talk back to him about two times more and hell will tell you that this thing he's making is too powerful for you and in his own words: "You want, you take!". Well, you heard him, take it. He is so easy, with any character you should just pound him 'till he dies. Then you will get some weapon from him. That's it, he's weak like the name says.
